- A legitimate passport or a genuine national identification document
- A recent photo of the applicant (please be aware that the photo you put into the application system needs to be a clear portrait of yourself; unidentifiable candidate photos will negatively impact how your application is evaluated)
- Results from national exams are necessary for applicants without any international credentials or certifications.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree: Candidates must be younger than 21 and have earned at least 70% in their prior coursework.
- Masters degree: Candidates must be under 30 and have at least a 75% grade point average.
- PhD Degree: Candidates must be under 35 and have at least a 75% academic record.
- For applicants in the health sciences (medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy), a minimum academic achievement of 90% is required.
- This grant is not available to students who are currently enrolled in classes in Turkey.
- Citizens of Turkey, either living or deceased, are not eligible.
